As long as we are alive breath is never out of breath, notice what can be done without being aware of your breath, now add your consciousness and awareness to it...your breath will double its amazing life power...breathing is healing, you are born on the in-breath and die on the out-breath. Within our breath we have encoded patterns of our life and often we are not aware of it...through conscious work with breath you have an impact on your life. For the better...it is a body, mind, spirit technique, there are many benefits...you body gets well oxygenated. Sicknesses rarely survive in well oxygenated/alkalised body, you become calmer, confident, joyful, trusting, your intuition increases, you will quieten your your mind body and spirit enabling you to hear your inner guidance and be guided by it. you will learn to listen to and trust your intuition. You can be led more fulfilling life...allowing you to be happier within yourself and the world around us...You will improve your self-esteem and relationships with others. Everything outside of us starts within us. Sometimes you come to the breath plateau where it seems nothing happens-this is also significant, precious time,it gives you a space to trust invisible to trust that unseen is at work...it really is...rebirthing, breathwork, transformational breath you can name it more. Conscious breathing always gives us results Trust that healing will always happen, albeit not always in the way we expect ..trust and cultivate your faith and knowingness. All is well.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    LOVE AND LIGHT-Kasia

Breathe well

We live in a time where we are trying to be smarter than nature, where we want to ban using herbs and natural remedies; only to chemically imitate them, where quite a few of us are not listening to our bodies and its needs, instead just following the latest food trends. A healthy diet which used to be so affordable now has its prices soaring. However, there is one thing which is always healing, nurturing, so simple that it often gets overlooked....it's our breath.
Next time when you can't sleep, play with your breath. A few times breathe through your nose on the count of four, and hold it, letting the breath nourish your organs on the count of seven, and breathe out through your mouth on eight. The first time you may feel a bit uncomfortable but with practice, you reach a transition point, and the benefits are enormous.
Did you know that breath can be alkalising or acidising? Shallow breathing causes the acid in our body to build, and at the same time the decrease in the amount of enough oxygen means that carbon dioxide (CO2) accumulates in your body. High level of CO2 decrease pH, which leads to acidification of the blood. Proper deep breathing improves circulation, detoxifies your body, relaxes you but at the same time also enlivens you. It is important to remember that most of our sicknesses are due to too much acid in our body. Alexander Lowen stated that “Life is a matter of breath”, so BREATHE WELL.

Last minute...going to Greece!

I'm very excited about going to Greece, to be on my personal meditation retreat, and running a Breathe and Live workshop afterwards.
Rebirthing sessions in the sea have a different quality to the ones on the floor. We are going to consciously breathe (on the land as well) and it is amazing to see and feel water support. It's awesome to realise that even though you cannot hold onto the water, it provides you with brilliant, solid, gentle, and nourishing support. There you are, on your own, with your breath being a real anchor, which can free many memories encoded on deep subconscious levels. Once released, and acknowledged through your breath, these memories can work in your favour, not against it. All the sessions are done with my support, and we are going to work with theta brain waves including looking at different aspects of our lives through family constellations.
What I love about open space in Greece is that it supports ‘just being’. We are so busy in our everyday life, and even though we have our own ways of relaxing through things we love doing at home, in Greece the sea, forests, sun, and local food allows us to slide deeper into the state of accomplishing without ‘doing’.
It sounds like mumbo jumbo but only when you are in that state of total relaxation, you can understand it. What's within without, as above below....all that makes deeper sense.

Perhaps...

"Perhaps all the dragons in our lives are princesses who are only waiting to see us act just once, with beauty and courage.
Perhaps everything that frightens us is,  in its deepest essence, something helpless that wants our love"

Rainer Maria Rilke
